Optimize!!


First playtest resulted in bad perfomance. So i added some graphics settings. The settings change the resolution and the ray counts, but it is hard to get perfectly running since Godot is NOT meant for this. I added Low, Medium, and High. Each with different ray counts, resolutions, and point sizes. 

Unfortunately it still didn't run for my lovely playtester (@dorce on discord) but I am determined to get it smooth for everyone soon!
